I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in this field since 1989. I graduated from Boston College, with an undergraduate degree in Human Development, and from Loyola University, with a masters degree in Social Work. I am an Advanced Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist, from the Wellness Institute, an Integral Breath Therapist and a Reiki Master. I trained for several years with Christine Page, MD, in her Navigating the Soul’s Journey Course Levels I, II, and III, and Descent into the Heart of Compassion Course. I have training in Grief Work and volunteered with Fox Valley Volunteer Hospice, and I co-coordinated a Rainbows program for 13 years. I belong to the National Association of Social Workers, the Heart-Centered Therapies Association, and the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
